A large area of Barry Island is cordoned off this evening, following an incident earlier this evening. The incident is believed to have happened at around 5.10pm.
The fairground is currently closed to the public.
South Wales Police are at the scene, as well as the Welsh Ambulance Service.
A Police cordon is in place. It is understood that two air ambulances also landed nearby.
