Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service have revealed why crews were seen at Aylestone Park in Hereford this morning.
A spokesperson for Hereford Fire Station said:
“We have been at Aylestone park this morning carrying out some open water pumping drills.
“This was a good opportunity to go over our lightweight portable pump, this is especially ideal in rural areas where water has to be obtained from open sources such as rivers, streams and reservoirs!”
