An alert has been shared by a member of the public in Hereford following a concerning incident that occurred in the city.
The person, who we have decided not to name, told Your Herefordshire the following:
“I’m reporting a phone theft near to Sainsbury’s petrol station on Friday at around 4.30pm.
“The guy was wearing a black hoodie, grey camo baseball cap, shorts, red bike.
“Luckily he eventually returned my phone to me but I want to make others aware.”
