A Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crew were called to a fire near the River Wye in Herefordshire on Monday.
A spokesperson for Peterchurch Fire Station said:
“Pump called to a tele-handler on fire near to Canon Bridge.
“Crews extinguished the fire by combining all 120m of hose on our appliance across a muddy field and ensured any hotspots were dampened down.
“Training later that evening involved using our facility at the rear of the station to undertake breathing apparatus search techniques, casualty rescue and fire behaviour demonstration.”
