On 21st February between 02:30am  – 03:00am, a burglary has taken place at The Craft,  Sutton St Nicholas.

It is believed the offenders were targeting a vehicle parked on the driveway but were unable to locate the keys.

In the process, they took several items, including a bag they likely thought contained the keys. This bag was later found abandoned in Sutton St Nicholas.

While inside the property, the offenders disconnected the WiFi, likely in an attempt to disable any CCTV, alarms, or sensors operating on the network.

The occupants were sleeping at the time, they were awoken and heard a disturbance at around 2:30am but initially didn’t investigate. At 3:00am, they went downstairs and discovered that a kitchen window had been opened.

After checking the house, the following items were confirmed stolen:

Black Carbon AllMtn 7 –  Haibike eBike.

Berghaus rucksack containing miscellaneous items .

It is believed that two suspects entered the property through the kitchen window and then unlocked the back door to make their escape.
