A vulnerable teenager has gone missing in Hereford.
Brooklyn, who is 15 years old is missing from the Putson (Ramsey Close) area of Hereford.
He was last seen at around 9am this morning.
West Mercia Police have been informed.
Anyone who sees Brooklyn is urged to contact West Mercia Police immediately.
