The Yard, located in the heart of Hereford, is hosting an extensive selection of festive events throughout November and December for locals to enjoy.
At The Yard, food lovers can enjoy a diverse range of dishes from four distinct dining concepts: Leaven Pizza, Burger Shop, The Bookshop and Maneki Ramen, each celebrated for their unique flavours and commitment to quality.
This innovative approach ensures that every palate is catered for, making it the perfect destination for groups with varied tastes and dietary preferences.
The Big Yard Quiz that takes place once a month is being held from 7pm on 10th December for just £2pp.
Quiz fans can gather their teams and enjoy a fun-filled evening in the heated outdoor space, complete with fire pits, a fully stocked bar, and food from the four restaurants.
There’s also a £100 gift voucher up for grabs that can be used at any of the ART Hospitality venues.
Two bottomless brunches will be held in December,accompanied by two festive film favourites to enjoy.
Elf will be shown on 14th December, alongside a bottomless brunch priced at £35pp from 12-2.30pm, which will include a brunch dish and bottomless drinks throughout the duration of the film (90 mins).
The second screening is Love Actually on 21st December, alongside bottomless brunch priced at £42.50pp from 12-3pm, which will include a brunch dish and bottomless drinks throughout the duration of the film (120 mins).
For both bottomless brunch events, diners can select their chosen dish from three of the most popular brunch dishes from The Bookshop; Benedict, Aubrey Fry or the Banana Bread and Espresso Butter for those with a sweet tooth, with additional drinks available to purchase through the bar once the film has finished.
The Yard Kids Christmas Party will be taking place on 15thand 22nd December from 11am. For £3pp (under 3’s go free), families can expect to enjoy a fun-filled showing of both Frozen and Frozen 2, with the sing-along versions (if they don’t already know the words!), whilst tucking into delicious food from any of the four restaurants. Face painting and popcorn will also be available for children and adults alike.
The Festive Menu at The Yard will be available from 28th November to 21st December. Diners can expect to enjoy two courses for £18.50pp, with a wide range of delectable dishes to choose from, carefully selected from the four restaurants. From Slow Braised Hereford Beef & Ale Bourguignon to festive burgers, and slightly different festive offerings from Maneki Ramen – there’s something for everyone to enjoy at the cosy and atmospheric location. *Pre-orders are required.
The Yard Big Christmas Party, an adult-only event, will be held on 20th December from 8-11pm.
Entry is free, and mulled wine and delicious food will be available to enjoy alongside a DJ set from Disco Tech, creators of Into the Woods festival, plus Ross Powell (Yogi P) bringing the uplifting grooves, blending nostalgic disco, underground house, and garage. Party-goers can bring in the festive season and see off the last office day before the Christmas holidays begin for many.
Finishing the year with a bang – a New Year’s Eve House Party will be hosted at The Yard on 31st December from 8pm-1am. Bring in the new year in style with live music from DJ HanSolo and DJ Max Galactic, who will be spinning house and dance anthems – a cosmic night awaits full of epic vibes. Tickets are priced at £10pp and delicious food will be available to enjoy from Burger Shop or Leaven Pizza, alongside a whole host of drinks from the fully stocked bar.
