A woman has described her horror at seeing a vehicle driving the wrong way down the A40 near Ross-on-Wye on Thursday evening.
In a post on social media, Vicky said:
“Awful experience last night heading back from Monmouth on A40 to be met by a car driving the wrong way down A40 towards Monmouth.
“Thankfully we were in the ‘slow’ lane and not overtaking anything and they were in the ‘fast’ overtaking lane.
“Incredibly scary.
“Called police but really hope they didn’t hit anyone.”
