The A438 (Hereford to Ledbury Road) is closed near Hereford following a collision.
The collision has occurred on Lugg Bridge near Lugwardine.
Motorists are being advised to use an alternative route.
There are significant delays in the area.
West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service are currently at the scene.
