Police have confirmed that a body has been found by officers searching for a missing man from the Brecon area.
The discovery was made on Thursday afternoon.
A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said:
“We can confirm that a body has been found this afternoon, Thursday 3 October, during the search for Geraint, who had been reported missing from the Brecon area.
“Formal identification has not yet taken place, however Geraint’s family has been informed of this development.
“Our thoughts remain with the family at this difficult time.”
