A Police cordon is in place, following an incident in the city centre overnight.
The cordon has been in place since early this morning, on East Street in Hereford.
Officers are currently blocking the street between Broad Street and Offa Street.
There is also no direct access to Church Street from High Town.
Pedestrians and cyclists are advised to use an alternative route, with motorists advised that East Street is currently closed to all vehicles.
