A man who was spotted ‘touching himself inappropriately; in a children’s play park in Hereford has been arrested and subsequently charged with outraging public decency.
The incident, that occurred at Marden play park in Herefordshire, was reported to Police, who then issued an appeal for information.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“Last week, we informed you about a suspicious incident involving a male sitting on a bench and behaving inappropriately.
“We can now confirm that a 29-year-old male has been identified and charged with committing an act of outraging public decency.
“He has been bailed with conditions to adhere to and is due to attend court in September.”
