A major route in Herefordshire is set to remain closed for the majority of the afternoon following a serious collision.
The A44 is closed between Leominster and Monkland following a serious collision this morning.
West Midlands Ambulance Service, West Mercia Police and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service all attended the collision.
Accident investigation work is taking place at the scene.
There is significant traffic congestion on routes in Leominster and the surrounding area as a result of the collision and road closure.
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route.
