West Mercia Police officers are appealing for information following an incident that occurred in Leominster.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident that occurred within the locality of Bridge Street, Leominster on 05012023 at approximately 0620hrs concerning loose dogs within the street.
“Police are particular interested in speaking to a member of public who was seen riding a bike or anyone who may have been walking pass at that time.
