“Mariachis is a Mexican inspired street food stall created by the team behind The Jam Factory and built around fresh ingredients and exciting flavours.

“After some delays at The Jam Factory, we decided that rather than make you wait, we would start serving our tasty treats at a pop up!

“Our menu is both fully plant based & gluten free and you can expect both healthy and hearty options carefully prepared by Annabelle, our chef extraordinaire. 

“Pop in to the Butter Market and make sure you try our Gorditas, a type of Mexican street food that roughly translates as “little fatties”.

“Basically chubby little tortilla pockets stuffed full of plant-based goodness! We’re also serving salad bowls, rice bowls and Pum Pum Broccoli, battered, deep fried and bursting with Mexican flavours!
