It is with incredibly deep sadness that we share the news that Her Majesty the Queen has sadly passed away, aged 96-years-old.
The news was confirmed by Buckingham Palace a short while ago and has been met with deep sadness from members of her family and other public figures.
The Queen visited Hereford on a number of occasions, with the most recent being in 2012, when she visited as part of her Diamond Jubilee celebrations.
