A man has been arrested after police received a report of a man acting suspiciously in Leominster.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“A big thank you to the member of the public who phoned us yesterday in regards to a suspicious vehicle near their home address in Coningsby Road Leominster.
“Officers attended the vehicle, where it was thought that the male was under the influence. The breathalyser was negative, but he tested positive on the drug swipe. The male was arrested for driving under the influence.
“On searching the vehicle, a quantity of class A drugs was found in the vehicle, the male was then further arrested for possession with intent to supply.
“The investigation is now ongoing.”
