Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews were called to a house fire in Leominster overnight.
The incident occurred in the Ryelands Road area of Leominster. Crews from Leominster, Kingsland and Tenbury Wells all attended.
West Mercia Police had already managed to get the occupant of the house out prior to the arrival of fire crews. West Midlands Ambulance Service also attended.
The fire is believed to have been caused by burnt cooking.
