Your Herefordshire has received reports of significant delays on the A4103 (Hereford to Worcester Road), near Withington this morning.
Motorists have reported that traffic is at a standstill and that some motorists are turning around and driving across to Bartestree (A438) to access Hereford.
The AA roads website shows heavy traffic in the area.
