Emergency services and other organisations took part in a search for a missing vulnerable person in the Malvern area earlier today.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“Malvern Safer Neighbourhood officers were today searching the Malvern Hills for an elderly male who had wandered off from his walking partner.
“The search was carried out in conjunction with the Local Policing Priority Team, HW fire and rescue and Malvern Hills trust.
“The male had wandered off from his walking partner at British Camp car park and had headed up over the hills.
“Thanks to the quick response from all agencies, the male was located about a mile from the car park up one of the many footpaths around the British Camp area.”
