The former home of the Hereford Times in Hereford could be set to be renovated into 12 flats, with an application submitted to Herefordshire Council.
The application has been submitted to determine if prior approval is required for a proposed change of use from Commercial, Business and Service (Use Class E) to dwelling houses (Use Class C3) for ground floor entrance and first floor only to be converted to 12 dwelling houses (flats/bedsitters).
The unit has sat empty now for a number of years, since the Hereford Times moved their offices to Rotherwas.
Those behind the plans state that two of the smaller flats would be for single occupancy. Parking would also be available.
