Update from Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service:
“A Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crew from Hereford Fire Station responded to an automatic fire alarm at an office building in Plough Lane, Hereford at 11:43 on 9 June. This was a false alarm and the incident was marked as pending closure at 11:58.”
Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service are currently in attendance at the Herefordshire Council offices on Plough Lane in Hereford.
Your Herefordshire understands from a passer by that all staff have temporarily been evacuated from the building.
