A proposal to alter an empty unit to residential use with a new roof terrace in Hereford city centre has been approved.
The following plans for the first and second floor at 2 St Peters Square in Hereford were approved with conditions.
KODA Architects submitted the planning application on behalf of Mr Bradshaw.
“Proposed conversion of first and second floors to residential use including new roof terrace.”
The building has been vacant since Principality Building Society moved from St Peters Square to Alban House in High Town during the COVID-19 pandemic.
A number of units in Hereford city centre have switched, or are currently switching the upper floors of their premises into residential use, with Hereford, like other cities, struggling to fill empty shops.
