Hereford Snooker Centre is temporarily closed, with signage on the front door of the venue confirming that it will remain closed until further notice.
Your Herefordshire understands that there was a considerable police presence in the area on Saturday evening, but at present we are yet to receive confirmation as to whether this is linked with the temporary closure.
The popular city centre based venue accommodates 9 Snooker Tables, 7 Pool Tables, 1 American Pool Table, 7 Dart Boards, 3 Skittle Alleys and a Function Room. A number of pool, darts and skittles teams play from the venue.
