Police investigating two cashpoint thefts in Worcestershire are warning people to be vigilant and make sure that no-one is looking over their shoulder as they withdraw cash.
At about 11am on Saturday (12 March) a woman was attempting to use the cashpoint machine outside the Morrisons supermarket in Springfield Drive, Evesham when a man leaned over her shoulder and pressed a number of keys on the pad before stealing the £250 she was withdrawing.
The man is described as being about 5ft 5ins tall and wearing black clothing.
Officers are also investigating a cashpoint theft in Droitwich after a woman was targeted by a thief who stole £500.
The incident happened outside Lloyds Bank where the woman was taking money out of the cash machine.
She had parked her car in the library car park and it is believed that the offender followed her from there to the bank.
He is described as being about 5ft 3ins tall, in his late twenties, and wearing a grey scarf and a beanie hat with logo.
