Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that five people have been killed in an attack on a TV tower in Ukraine’s capital of Kyiv.
Footage of an explosion appeared on social media earlier this afternoon, with TV channels in Ukraine suddenly going off air following the explosion.
