Emergency services were called to a serious incident on the Herefordshire border earlier today.
West Mercia Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service and the Air Ambulance were all called to the incident near the Overton Road in Ludlow.
A man was found with serious injuries after police received a call about concerns for safety. The man was transported to hospital.
