West Mercia Police officers have reported that they are appealing for information after a man is reported to have become abusive when knocking on doors in the Dormington area of Herefordshire.
At present, it is unclear whether this incident is linked to similar reports from the Sutton St Nicholas area of the county.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“We’ve had a report of a suspicious person in Dormington. The person has been knocking on people’s doors asking whether they would like their trees cut. The male is in his 20’s with brown hair and approximately 5ft 10. Male was abusive when he was told that his services were not required.”
