Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service were called to two incidents at the Stonebow Unit in Hereford on Saturday.
Spokesperson for Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service told Your Herefordshire:
“Three Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews from Hereford Fire Station were called at 13:16 on 20 November to a fire in Stonebow Road, Hereford. On arrival, crews discovered that a fire had been extinguished by on site staff and positive pressure ventilation had been used. Police and ambulance also attended and the incident was marked as pending closure at 14:22.”
“Three Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews – two from Hereford and one from Fownhope – were called at 19:53 on 20 November to a building fire in Stonebow Row, Hereford. Crews discovered severe smoke logging in a bedroom and corridor with crews utilising breathing apparatus and positive pressure ventilation. The fire intself had been extinguished prior to the arrival of the fire service. The incident was marked as pending closure at 21:39.”
