Police in Hereford have confirmed that one person is currently in custody for wounding, following an incident where a person was stabbed.
Police then went on to warn about the risks of wounding, by saying that there is no “safe place” to be stabbed – a stab wound in the arms or legs can be just as fatal as those in the neck or chest.
