Emergency services were called to an incident overnight in Hereford.
Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews were joined alongside West Midlands Ambulance Service at an incident near the River Wye.
Local residents reported activity on the Old Bridge shortly after midnight, with one resident saying that crews appeared to be searching for somebody in the river.
