Police in Hay-on-Wye are searching for a man who exposed himself to people near the River Wye.
From Dyfed-Powys Police:
“We are investigating an incident of indecent exposure which occurred on the bank of the River Wye between Hay on Wye and Whitney on Wye at approximately 1.50pm on Sunday, July 18th 2021.
