West Mercia Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision on M5 on Saturday (10 April) at around 7pm.
A Mercedes A 200 D AMG has left the southbound carriageway between junction 6 (Six ways) and 7 (Whittington interchange).
The driver was uninjured, the front passenger received minor injuries and the one-year-old passenger was taken to the Childrens Hospital at the Queen Elizabeth in Birmingham for emergency surgery.
Police are keen for anyone with dash cam footage to submit this to us via Operation Snap on their website.
