The family of terminally ill teenager Frank have taken the time to say a huge thank you to the thousands of people that have offered them support and sent them messages over recent days.
Frank’s mum Emma said:
“Hello all. We wanted to drop by and give the biggest thank you and virtual hug to you all. Please know we have been touched by every offer of help and kindness from friends, acquaintances and total strangers.
“The situation is appallingly awful and we’d give everything for it all not to be happening. But the outpouring of love, kindness and generosity is breath-taking. For that we are truly grateful.
“If you’ve contacted one of us and we’ve not responded we’re so sorry, it’s not intentional, the world’s upside down and our minds have been in a whirlwind.
