Herefordshire Council has confirmed that parking charges for both on street and off street parking will remain in place during the month long lockdown that has started today.
During the initial lockdown that came into place in March, Herefordshire Council introduced free parking in Hereford and market towns to support local residents that had to make essential visits to their local town centre.
Cllr Harrington confirmed to Your Herefordshire this morning that the charges will remain in place.
“Parking charges will continue on all on-street and off-street locations.” confirmed Mr Harrington (Cabinet Member – Infrastructure and Transport)
