Three people have been taken to hospital following a collision near Hereford this morning. The collision involved four vehicles and occurred on the A49 between Callow and Much Birch.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service told Your Herefordshire:

“Three people have been taken to hospital after a four-vehicle collision in Hereford this morning. West Midlands Ambulance Service was called at 11:21am to reports of a multi-vehicle RTC on the A49 between Callow and Much Birch. Two ambulances and a paramedic officer attended. Crews arrived at the scene to find six patients in total. Two women and a man were treated for injuries not believed to be serious and were all conveyed to Hereford County Hospital for further treatment. Three others involved in the collision were assessed and discharged on scene.”
