To receive this support you will need to complete a short online application form to verify your identity and provide your bank details for payment.

urge you to complete the application form as soon as possible to ensure you don’t miss out.

To complete your application, you will need your date of birth, national insurance number and bank account details.

You should only apply once – Herefordshire Council will not process duplicate applications. The deadline for applications is 28 February 2022.
