West Mercia Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision between a motorcyclist and a pedestrian in Hereford on Tuesday.

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:

“Did you see a motorbike collide with a pedestrian in Belmont?

“It happened around 3.40pm yesterday (Tues 22 March) on Belmont Road near Tesco.

“Two men were reported to be riding a motorbike along the pavement when they collided with a man in his 40s.

“The motorbike did not stop at the scene and the pedestrian was taken to hospital with a leg injury.

“Anyone who saw the incident, or captured it on CCTV or dash cam, is asked to please get in touch by replying to this message.”
