High Streets across Herefordshire are preparing to welcome shoppers back next week with the green light given to all non-essential shops to reopen in #England on Monday.
Business Secretary Alok Sharma said “we continue to meet” the government’s five tests for lifting coronavirus lockdown restrictions.
He said retailers can open as long as they follow safety guidelines, or they could face enforcement notices.
