Fire crews from Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service are currently responding to a fire in a field, just off Hoarwithy Road in Hereford.
Crews arrived at the scene about 30 minutes ago (4.15pm) and West Mercia Police have also sent officers to the incident.
Members of the public have been standing at the roadside to get a view of the incident but hopefully fire crews will have it under control soon despite the heat, with temperatures in Hereford currently at around 26c.
