A driver in Monmouth was 11 times over the limit for cocaine and 15 times over the limit for ketamine, laboratory results have confirmed.
A spokesperson for Gwent Police said:
“Lab results have come back for the driver of this vehicle we arrested in Monmouth in May.
“Over 11 times the legal limit for cocaine and 15 times the limit for ketamine. Following his existing ban and drugs education course he will now be back to court shortly.”
