Timothy is wanted on warrant after failing to appear in court earlier this month.
Guest, 25 and of no fixed abode, was due to appear at Hereford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 4 May after he failed to report to see his probation officer, a condition of a suspended sentence.
He is described as being 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build and has brown hair and short facial hair.
He has links to south Yorkshire and the Bolton area of Greater Manchester and may have travelled to either of those places by train.
