From West Mercia Police:
Can you help us find a man officers would like to speak to in connection with inappropriate behavior in Hereford?
He is described as six-foot tall with a full beard and moustache, olive skin, dark hair and a slim build.
He has been seen wearing a dark puffer jacket and grey trainers and reportedly speaks with an Eastern European accent.
The incidents took place around 5.15am on Saturday 18 December on St Martin’s Street and around 2.15pm on Tuesday 21 December near Springfield Avenue and Belmont Avenue.
Both incidents involved inappropriate behavior towards women and no injuries were reported.
