The UK has recorded 22,885 more coronavirus cases and a further 367 deaths in the latest 24-hour period, official figures show.

There have now been a total of 917,575 cases in the UK and 45,365 deaths.

Yesterday, government data announced 102 people had died within 28 days of a positive test.

Public Health England have confirmed that a further 27 cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Herefordshire, taking the total number of cases of the virus recorded in the county since the start of the outbreak to 1,407.
