FOOD & DRINK | Nando’s passes on VAT cut to customers

Nando’s has confirmed that it has cut the prices of food and drink at its restaurants to bring them in line with the cut in VAT that the government has announced. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the cut.

Nando’s price cuts mean that a ¼ PERi-PERi chicken on its own will fall by 55p (12.9 per cent) from £4.25 to £3.70, or the price with two regular sides will drop by £1 (12.9 per cent) from £7.75 to £6.75.

If you order ½ PERi-PERi chicken on its own you’ll see prices fall by 95p (12.3 per cent) from £7.70 to £6.75, while the price with two regular sides will drop by £1.40 (12.4 per cent) from £11.20 to £9.80.
