From the Environment Agency:

River levels are forecast to rise at the Belmont river gauge as a result of persistent heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of roads and farmland is possible from Saturday morning, 20/02/21. We expect flooding to affect low lying land and roads along the River Wye from Hay on Wye to Ross on Wye. Other locations that may be affected include the A438, Byford, Bredwardine and Hereford. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 36 hours. We will provide forecast peaks once we have more confidence in the rainfall totals and have more certainty over the impact this will have on river levels. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are checking defences and liaising with emergency services. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. This message will be updated by 10:00 on 20/02/21, or as the situation changes.
