Latest NHS data shows that as of 6th April 2021, no patients were being treated for COVID-19 at hospitals in Herefordshire, for the first time since September 2020.

Two further case of COVID-19 have been recorded in Herefordshire, taking the total number of cases of COVID-19 recorded in Herefordshire since the start of the pandemic to 6,905.

NHS England confirmed earlier today that no further COVID-19 related deaths had been recorded at Herefordshire hospitals (Wye Valley NHS Trust).

In the UK 3,030 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed. This is down on the 4,479 new cases that were recorded last Thursday. 53 new COVID-19 deaths were recorded which is up on the 51 recorded last Thursday.
